The James J. Hill Days Parade takes place on Sunday, September 13 at 3:00 p.m.—and we want you to be part of it!

This parade is more than festive floats and marching bands—it’s a celebration of the Wayzata community. It’s also a fantastic opportunity for local businesses, nonprofits, and civic groups to showcase their organization in front of thousands of spectators.

We’re currently seeking a reliable volunteer crew to help manage parade staging for the James J. Hill Days Parade. This important role includes assisting with participant check-in, directing units to their assigned lineup positions, and helping ensure the parade runs smoothly and on schedule.
